Cotti lends her experience of human resources to the party. She is a founding executive member and was a campaign operative last federal election.
With several years in the corporate finance sector, Cotti is cognizant that for infrastructure and large capital works, financiers are guided by legislation and this has had a limiting effect on transitioning to a renewable economy.
A career move to executive recruitment saw her witnessing human behaviour towards change and things uncertain. It was here Cotti learnt the value of a strong, healthy and effective leadership and how it impacts on the culture of an organisation. This translates to societies.
Wishing to move to the countryside, Cotti took to the agricultural sector. Managing both crops and livestock she saw, first hand, the impacts of climate change; it's inextricable link to the economy and ultimately it's adverse effect on society.
"It's my privilege to be involved with a team of people who understand the sure way to facilitating change to a clean energy economy and cohesive society, is through effective policy".
